I just got off the phone with ENO. The girl there seemed very helpful, and kind of dissapointed that they had screwed somehting up. They have agreed to ship me a new one as soon as i mail the defective bug net to them.

    Happened to me as well

I bought the one-link system from Sportsman's Guide a while back and I had the same issue. The zipper was there and zipped closed but there was no mechanism. I sent it back, bought everything from REI which arrived in working condition but I have since returned all that as well. The ENO single nest stretched every time I hung and I decided the bugnet was too heavy and am ordering DIY materials today for my two Grand Trunk ULs.

Yeah I've been thinking about a DIY bugnet as well to save weight. I sort of bought the guardian net on impulse when I saw it at a store (Im bad about that haha)Im not sure my DIY skills are up to par yet though. Maybe ill start with a head net. Anyways ENO was really cool about the whole thing and my replacement is on the way now no charge.
