now that you mention it, I do have a special someone in need of a pack. She has a very small frame and I am not sure how to determin proper fit for the ULA packs. I am just not as familiar as I should be with them. She is 5'3" about 110lbs. What length is the pack?

Torso on small is 15 to 18 so that is probably good. But the belt is probably too large. Check the torso and hip sizing here.

My wife is 5'2" and small torso on all packs if that helps you.

Waist is my issue if I get this for my son. He is 11. I would to change out the belt.
