How YOU doin? from Jersey

That "How YOU doin'?" line always cracks me up! lol My name is Bob and I've been caming for years although never very regularly. One night I got sucked into youtube for a couple of hours and ran across the ever entertaining SHUG. That was last summer I guess and have not stopped hiking and camping since. Have learned a lot about lightening up my gear and have put a couple of bids in for some hammocks for sale and I'm anxiously awaiting my first hammock hang. Lots of great info here so thanks guys! see you around the water cooler...

Welcome from slightly further north (but not North Jersey). I actually work on JB M-D-L. Do you camp in Lebanon, er...un...I mean Brendan T. Byrne State Forest much?

welcome, your from my old stomping ground. there is always one jersey hanger in the pines barrens hanging around.
If you go to Lines in the Pines on 4/11 just ask around for Kayak.

Thanks for the welcome boys! Dylan - Just had the kids out camping at Pakim Pond not long ago. I live VERY close to Lebanon state forest or Brendan T Byrne(depends on who you converse with!). Kayak - I definitely will!

Welcome from the Jersey Shore! I've been stomping around the Pine Barrens a lot the last few months so maybe I'll see you around.

KK, what is this Lines in the Pines thing? Do you have to be a Piney to attend? I can't seem to find any details on this year's event.

Thanks for the welcome SilvrSurfr! I clicked on that "lines in the pines" link as well but didn't get much from it as far as an event is concerned. I will say this, if there's an event in the pine barrens I will be there!!
