    I've seen one on here before, but have limited time to search for the thread. Not real sure how he did it. I think it would be just making a double layer where your baffles etc are sewn to the second layer.

    i made a hammock with pockets under it similar to a clark.the clarks pockets are sewn through,but they used some thicker tougher looking fabric for the hammock.i went ahead and sewed through the body of my most recent diy hammock.the hammock is made from 1.5oz.i used a large zigzag stitch,thinking this will be able to stretch with the hammock.i have 9 lines of stitching through the hammock body,6 inches apart.have slept in it 8 nights in da woods so far no issues or visable weak spots.

    What are you using in all the pockets for insulation?

    I think what you've done is great. You should start a thread describing your process, DIY, and all that you use and things you'd change if you did it again. A lot of people here would be interested.
