Wow what a great time and what a beautiful spot. Thanks Dave and Olddog for making this a memorable trip. Like the Mountain Man Breakfast I think everyone added a little bit of personality to this event to make it just right. Great food, great people, and great laughs. I'm looking forward to another annual fun hammocking event.

Wow! From the great pics and video, y'all had a great time! Look at all that food! Really wanted to be here this weekend, I am bummed I couldn't get here. Looks like this turned out to be a great event!
Thanks for the pics! looked like great time. Who makes the trail carts?
I've never heard of a sherpa cart before, so this was really interesting. Last summer I was thinking that something like this would be a good idea as my knees were begging me to stop on the Superior Hiking Trail in Minnesota. I thought, "a really big tire on a wheelbarrow would be great out here." The truth of the matter is that I need to get in better shape and carry less/lighter gear. Looks like sherpas work for you guys though!
I'll have to do more research on Dutch Ovens too. Looks like a good idea for car camping that I've never tried before.
Thanks for the mini vacation from MN. Looks warm down there!
Interesting, thanks! I might start looking for one to play with. I do not think it would work some places but might others. For $50 I could play. ;-)
Since the two that made these live in Polk county can we call them ” Polk pulks”? Then if you put dots on them they would be ” Polka Polk pulks”
They work great in Florida and non mountainous areas. I'm going to try to have one for next years sherpa hang so I don't have to carry my dutch oven a mile and a half to the camp!
