Hey....I am just showing off most of the time.
Most of my learning was on JustJeff's site http://www.tothewoods.net/HammockCamping.html and on here at HF)))))))
If I can inspire some to hit the woods in a hammy then I accept the Oscar for Over-Acting.
Seriously, I am touched and thankful for this terrific place on the intro-net.
I humbly bow.

Sorry REV but I couldn't possibly list everyone who has helped me on this forum.
I can list why I enjoy HF so much and that directly relates to its people:
Nothing beats a good HF trip report with my morning cup of coffee.
I've always received great advice when ever I've asked a question.
When posting an idea I've always received excellent suggestion on how to make it even better.
When posting my progress I've always received encouragement.
Grizz, whose videos demystify those mysterious suspensions.
Opie, who, while not inventing Whoopie slings and other single braid wonders, taught the masses.

I am thankful for everyone here for being so awesome in guiding me from a pound hog to a light weight hammock hiker.
I am thankful that my Fiance lets me be an idiot and film youtube videos and go off into the woods for a week or more even though she hates I'm hanging in bear country.
I am thankful I'm even being mentioned because after all I'm just a midget wearing a skirt prancing in the woods
Party on!

I have learned so much from this forum, and I have met some wonderful folks. I can't wait to go on more hangs to meet even more of the wonderful folks here on HF.
Hammocks have made my time in the woods so much more enjoyable. The older we get the harder the ground gets, and this forum has been a life saver.
Thank you to all the cottage industry folks for helping to get us once ground dwellers into the trees, where life is much nicer, and the veiw is so much better.
I am addicted to HF and if my boss ever finds out how often I am on this site while at work, I may be unemployed, but if so I will just hang in the hammock and think about my next job.
Thank you all so very much. Hope to see you out there hangin sometime.

I would like to thank Sgt. Rock for his wonderful website; it's what originally pointed this place out to me.
I would like to thank JustJeff for sponsoring the boards' split from WhiteBlaze so that we could all have a place to hang out when we're not hanging out in the woods.
I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the DIY community here; your inventiveness and creativity are an inspiration to the rest of us.
I would like to thank the mods for keeping things in line, even--no, especially--since it doesn't seem that they have to do much: that's the mark of folks doing their jobs well.
Finally, I'd like to thank the rest of the community for being so supportive and helpful on every topic imaginable. The lot of you are probably better folks than I deserve to interact with.
Oh, and finally, I'd like to thank the Academy...just because it had to be said...
