I am wanting to put a ridge line on my hammock to give it a bit more sag. I am not planning on pulling the rig tight and horizontal. I plan on leaving the 30 degree or so sag in the suspension. I'm not sure I have my terminology right. Is what I am describing still called a structrual ridgeline?
I could see how if you were pulling the suspension nigh horizontal that you would
certainly need a strong connector. But what about with my situation, just wanting to put a touch more sag and a place to hook gear on my hammock? would I still need the same kind of load bearing?
