    guy lines, prussik line

    What do you like to use for guy lines and prussiks?

    I use 2.2mm Zing-it. it is a little overkill, but that is what I had at the time. If I remake them all, I would use 1.7mm Lash-it. YMMV.

    Zing-it 1.75mm mostly. Been checking out zpacks.com zline 1.25mm stuff and their micro line locs.

    just swapped my guys over to some 1.5mm dyneema, but I haven't used them yet.

    That's about right for the zing-it price. I use dacron line, zing-it and speer no-tangle. Mason for prussiks.

    I'm considering using the NIteize guy lines (3mm) for the simplicity, and I would rather not buy prussik line (Zing it or whatever) on line, so I'm trying to figure out what I can use that is readily available.
