I made this tarp as a starter for my DIY in case I ended up not like the size, pattern, etc. I kept it as a loaner, but nobody has used it.
Tarp is constructed from red 2nds 1.9 oz silnylon from DIYGearSupply. The ridgeline is ~12' long and cuts in to ~8' at the base. Sides are almost 5'. It is caternary cut and pitches tight. There is a triangle on each tie out. Tie outs are reinforced and have nylon webbing. The tarp is not seam sealed, and there are few stray needle marks along the ridgeline on one side.
This is just the tarp and a red ripstop (not sil) stuff sack. The stuff sack is large for it, but works to contain the tarp. It weighs in at 1lb 7oz on my scale and actually stuffs down reasonably small. Slightly larger than a 1L Nalgene. I have only had it hung up a couple of times to get a good look at it and look it over for errors on my part. The stitching is good and sturdy, but don't expect it to be 100% beautiful and perfect. If you have any trouble with it, let me know and I will make it good with you.
Asking $70 shipped USPS Priority CONUS. Paypal only please.
PS, sorry for the funny angle and staking on the photo. The ground was frozen and we have little snow on the ground, so I had to get creative with the staking.
