    on a previous post,,where a couple was doing the AT,,they folded their cuben tarps that Joe from Zpack had made them,,and folded them their entire hikes, and commented in their journal,,that Joe recommended to them to fold their cuben tarps..hummm,,,now this thread has me back to stuffing. Think I will stuff when I get one in the near near future,,and abuse hell out of it as I do my other gear, and just see how it holds up to my abuse.

    I'm pretty sure you could cram it with your boots into your pack without any harm. I just choose to be gentle and it packs down smaller when you coil it. Like I said earlier, it takes on the form of a turd when you stuff it.
