gutteman thread on sale

Well I just got a flyer from one of the sewing supply shops I get a lot of my supplies from and found that gutterman thread is on sale for $2.30 for 1000m tubes. Pretty good price if you ask me. The store is banasch's and the web address is www.banaschs.com

A302/mara100 is the type and this is a mid range weight thread, about db39-42 I think. (Could be wrong though, anyone know specific weight?)

They also have 6000yd cones of Tex 40 spun 100% poly for $4.50 each, that's cheaper than Tex 27 regularly.

Mara 100 is Tex 30.

Not all machines like the heavier thread so be a bit careful about that. Make sure your machine will accept it gracefully.

It's funny I read this post yesterday & took note of the sale. Then today I'm going through my mail at the office & see this post card from Banash's! I'm not a tailor or in the sewing business either. I just got my very first sewing machine; they must have ESP.
