Has anyone got any pictures of this stuff (the 1.2mm)?
I have some 1.2mm 8-stand hollowbraid dyneema fishing line. It is spliceable, but takes ages and the splice is very stiff and stuffed, I can't imagine a whoopie splice ever moving!

Sounds exactly like the techline. It is also an 8 strand cord and is unbelievably stiff. Takes quite a bit of massaging and work before you can even think about splicing it (which isn't recommended from the supplier).
I mistakingly ordered some many years ago before I had decent knowledge of various cordage and what could be done with which. My first splicing attempts resulted in nothing but frustration and failure due to this. It sat around for a few years unused. Eventually I picked it back up, with a lot more experience, and started working with. It's still difficult to splice, but can be done. I end up using it mostly for Dogbone extensions. The stiffness of it can actually come in handy when larksheaded to an object.
Unless someone beats me to it, I'll try to get a pic a little later today.
From top to bottom: 1.2 techline (grey), 1.75 zing-it (yellow), Dutch's 1.75 dyneema (honey gold), 2mm Dynaglide (orange)
