Just put the video code from the tail end of the URL between the [youtube] brackets. In your case it looks like "U48dE......" Is what needs pasted in.

The trick is to go to the url and copy out everything after the "v=" and before the "&feature=youtu.be". In this case it's "_U48dEbOOpQ". Put that between the YOUTUBE tags.
