Just got my WBBB 1.7 SL yesterday so I am no expert either, but I also want to thank the forum for all the help they have thrown my way. Excellent video as well. Your son did a great job with the production.

If you are thinking you may have to bug out from there, I am in trouble because I was thinking I need to get to a place like it looks like you are in if I need to bug out.

    Well made video!

I've got a tip for you that works for me: When it's time to pack-out, take down the end of the hammock with the stuff sack first. Then you can stuff the hammock into the sack as you walk towards the opposite end, instead of wrapping it around your body. Not that a WBBB toga isn't fashionable this time of year.
Dutch: Hammock is probably more weight but who wants to lay on the ground? I pee on the ground.

Heh, I know what you mean, but depending where I am, the bugout plan might well be all about getting home.

That's clearly a lot smarter than what I was doing. Now I'm stuck in YouTube with a WBBB toga. But hey, it's the risk you take when you stick yourself out there in cyberspace!
