    Wonderful-looking hammock! Do you have a link for the multicam? I hadn't realized that Duro was making it in such light weights.

    No. It's not as thorough of a coating as PU or sil; the fabric still breathes. Not as much as it did before the coating, perhaps, but some. And DWR will "wet out" or become saturated with enough water on it, whereas PU and good sil won't. It's great for splashback and fog resistance, but not good for full rain protection.

    DWR is often used in quilts/bags and softshell wind shirts for those reasons.
