Although I love DIY stuff, the speer pipe stand proved to be a little out of budget for me, and I wasn't sure of the tolerances regarding where I could economize.

I found a vario for 129.99 (was 99.99 but I messed up my email, and the price went up before I could reorder) shipped, at yardenvy.com.

I called Byer and asked, the very helpful man said that the amazonas branded stuff is exactly the same as the byet branded stuff and yardenvy is one of their distribution partners.

We'll see how it goes, I guess!
