    No Tangle Ridgeline

    Hi All,
can I use Speer's No-Tangle guyline as a ridgeline on my DIY hammock? How much load will it actually take if attached to the gathered ends? the original speer hammock used this material attached to a small piece of elastic to suspend the bugnet.
    thanks in advance.

Can you use it? Sure, you could use fishing line for a ridge line. Just don't string it up tight or its likely to snap once you get in. Leave it with a little sag and use it to hold your ridge line organizer and bugnetting off your face, just don't use it as a structural ridge line.
