Great looking new hammock. I bet it will have lots of copycats.

That was a compelling watch Grizz. Are those CF poles the best for spreaders?....might have to get me some then.
I always learn something and get giddely inspired from your work.....

10 ozs!! Are you kidding me?!
Man, that is just too cool. I really like the new design with this hammock and it looks great. Always great to see your videos and what new things you are coming up with.

WOW That is a NICE bridge hammock, I have started to make a DIY Grizz bridge for myself. I guess I need to call it the "Old School Version" now.
Thanks for the post
I have never failed, I have been very Successful finding out what does Not work.
Thats a great video Grizz! Its always nice to see your innovations. For someone with an old wore out back like mine, a sub 10 ounce bridge would be outstanding. Thanks for taking the time to put that together!
Cheers
So glad you broke your silence to reveal your latest ideas. Well thought out as always.

Thanks, Grizz. I was just thinking of putting together a light-weight bridge hammock and had drawn up some ideas. Now I'll feel bad if I don't make 10 ounces!
Thanks for sharing the good ideas and the bad jokes.

It's always best if your an early riser!
Thanks WalkingBear. You've got your paw-prints on it too, you know.
Hiya Shug, these are the only CF hiking poles I've seen to play with, but they are solid for this use. A clear and easily understood straight-line transfer of the compression force through the dowel to the inner tube. Shug getting giddy? I wanna see that video
Hey Fronkey, no kidding. glad you like the design.
You can think of the OSV as a practice . Thanks for watching, glad you like it.
yep, I've been bit by the "carry less on my back" bug, in no small part because my own bones are getting too old to lug big loads around.
Hi Knotty, it's not so much breaking silence as it is having something to say. I've actually been tinkering with this design off and on for a few months. Appreciate you taking the time to watch.
Hey, don't make 10 oz a target, make a lightweight comfortable hammock you like the target. I'm positive I could come in at 9 oz if I accepted narrower spreader bars and eschewed aluminum corners. But I really prefer the wider spreader bars. Tell us all about it when you're done please!

I remember when the bridge went sub-pound and thought Grizz had shattered all records then. Now he has gone and shattered his own record! Another feather in your massive cap.
So I'm wondering why the half-tree-huggers cannot translate over to us who more often use the gathered end hammock? a gram is a gram is a kiloton
