DIY UQ done!! (pics to follow) does anyone have a suggestions as to what diameter shock cord i should use? 1/8...1/16?

1/8". And you may need to double it up. My PLUQ (which uses poly fill, since that's what poncho liners come with) needed 1/8" for the weight. I needed to double it when I added a layer of InsulBright (mylar-backed polyester fleece).

I used a 3mm cord so I think that's like 1/8th inch. I also have my shock cord suspension doubled on all four corners. I gotta get my act together and get some pics made of it and post them!
