I would be down with this, I'm always trying to think of new food for the trail. Getting sick of the usual!
Once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest places if you look at it right.

If you want a sticky with recipes, start a thread and link all the recipes that you can find. I'd start with all the ones already posted in the CK subforum. Add to it as it goes along.
We can sticky it once it becomes a sizeable reference.

We too, would be interested in recipes, of the healthful variety. I strive to enjoy food that is a little healthier than what I have prepared in the past. Low sodium is our buzz word. I am finding we can have excellent food, with minimal weight and prep.
I wonder how many members would post.
