Ripper inside og sleeping bag help with repair?

I washed my sleeping bag today and when I got it out the inside had a rip. It is near the neck where the hood connects. Any ideas on the best way to repair it would be. Any help would be a great help. Thanks.

What is an og bag?

Do you sew? If you don't sew, then I would find a local seamstress to do the repair.

Just curious, did you wash the bag in a top load or front load machine? I would only wash a bag in a front load machine for the reason that you are now dealing with.

how big of a tear? small ones can easily be hand sewn with an invisible stitch, which as the name implies, will not be visible if done properly, easy to do, you just need a needle and some thread
is the bag still under warranty? if so, problem solved
if it's a bigger teat, take it to a shoemaker's (cobbler) shop, they'll know what to do
