Fronkey and Kiba on the SHT!

With winter gone and the girlfriend in Mexico, Kiba and I headed up north to the Superior Hiking Trail for a few days out in the woods.

db, Beep, Mr. Green and Fin met up with us for an awesome time out on the trail.

Kiba does some river diving, we see some awesome rivers and even get woken up by an animal getting eaten. Man oh man, I love the woods!

Thanks for the video Fronkey! That campsite at Splitrock River looked sweet. Do you remember which one that was? Looks like there are about 4 site around that area.

The one we stayed at was the North west one and the really awesome one is the south east site. I recommend getting there early so you can claim it before anyone else.

Thanks for sharing your trip. Loved the waterfalls! Man that is wet condensation. Kinda like Florida but looked worse! As always, enjoyed greatly and always envious!

It was so much worse than Florida. I have never had a more wet night in the woods.

It was wet and sloppy but I'm sure it will be nice and dry when you get up there. The ticks were already out so make sure you permethrin your clothes before you head on up.
