Well today i finished the meat and potatoes of my second tarp...just need to add some grosgrain and bam done...the design i went with is the Gargoyle Ogee...the material I used was from the 1.1 group buy back in Feb...and let me tell you it is light and wide (68") gives it a bit more coverage...But due to gusting winds of 30-40+ set-up wasn't ideal for working all the angles...so stay tuned and will get pics and weight up..

Looks good. Did you do your own sil on it? How did that go?
Sil goes on this week...let me tell you duke this stuff is light...packed it down pretty small size of a grapefruit...crazy

Yeah, I've made a SL hammock out of it and its only 6.5 oz for the body. I want to make a tarp too, but barely have enough fabric to do it and am waiting patiently for someone to sil theirs up to see if it holds water out. Let me know.Originally Posted by ricecg
