    Az Backpack Barbershop Loop?

The Rim road will be open in the next couple weeks. Anyone interested in the Barbershop loop, over to the cabin? Just off Forest road 139, north of Rim road 300.

Barbershop canyon, U-Bar trail , Cabin Loop. I'm open to actual trails, just wanted to check out the area. Been looking on hikearizona.com

I'm interested. The Rim Road was still closed on the west end, yesterday when I drove by on Hwy. 87.

Another week or two Steve I'm thinking. Steve you deciding on driving up Friday and heading down the trail at the butt crack of dawn I'm all for that. I'm hoping for more people to join in on this hike it would be nice to see more hangers.

How long is this hike that may materialize, or did it already happen? I'm a noob but I love the outdoors, just haven't done any hiking/backpacking since Boy Scouts 15 or so years ago. I may need to start easier than this trip.

Did it happen? Was there a trip report posted?
Sorry I missed it. I'm a newb and would really like to go on a campout and hang with folks who know what they're doing. I could use some mentoring on hammock camping, since I just got my hammock and haven't hung it yet.
You can be wet and miserable, or you can choose to just be wet.
