    New French hanger

    Hi there,

I'm from France, where hammocks aren't common.
Many guys i meet are really surprised seeing me setting up my hammock. After trying it they all want to know where to buy one of them
I hope in few years, there will be many more french hangers.

Since last year i bought my WBBB, and i read HF as there is many helpful informations here and it seems to be a nice community. So i introduce myself to share my experiences too.

See you soon, here and wherever in the world with our hammocks.

PS : Please be nice, i understand english well, but when i have to speak or write it, sometimes it's catastrophic i promise to do my best ...

Welcome to the forums, Tomplus. Don't worry about your English - hammocks are a universal language.
I got in a fight one time with a really big guy, and he said, "I'm going to mop the floor with your face." I said, "You'll be sorry." He said, "Oh, yeah? Why?" I said, "Well, you won't be able to get into the corners very well."

    Thanks !

I am from Montpellier in southern France. Mediterranean weather and very nice hinterlands ... ideal place for hangers

Welcome aloft from SC, and your english looks great in the posts. I don't think you will have any problems. Now, on the other hand my french is terrible, actually I don't speak french at all. I visited Chantilly, north of Paris, for a BMW motorcycle rally (I was a passenger). It was beautiful riding through the countryside. I thoroughly enjoyed that trip.
