I made a "coffee hammock" out of the bottom of a gator aid bottle to hang on this side line once...

I still have it. It worked, but it was more trouble than it was worth though<G>.
I too will something make and joy in it's making

Might be a useful device for people into mountaineering. Due to the extreme weather they tend to do a lot in the tent (remember the whole pee bottle discussion). Might even find it good for general tent camping but there's just not enough vertical room in a hammock to make it practical.

I worked in the outdoor industry years ago and was given a few of these as a gift from a SD rep. They are nothing more than a small hanging nylon pouch with a drawstring. The pouch can be adjusted up and down easily.

I've found them to be useful to store pretty much everything - except coffee.

I use mine to store my headlamp/lighter/keys/camera , etc It's easy to find at night, weighs almost nothing, and takes up very little space.

I might just have to dig one of mine out of my tent (three of them live permanently inside my 4 season tent) since I didn't like how the pouch on my ENO hammock pulled the side of my hammock when I loaded it full of stuff,

I noticed that when using the Ewins special while having a paperback book in there. Surprised me to see how much sag on the side it caused. (book Survive by Les Stroud/Survivorman)
