we won't be able to make it. That is Trail Days weekend. We are taking off the whole week to get in some backpacking and hit Trail Days on Friday/Sat and drive home Sunday

This is going to be a shakedown camp for us because two weeks after we are heading to Alaska for the summer. We'll probably just hang around camp for the day.
I may give it a try. I've been interested in kayaking and if I remember right, the rentals arent that expensive
