    Plastic parts on Dutchware?

Am I overlooking it or are all the new plastic hardware unavailable at the moment?

I'm looking for either the quilt hooks or the other quilt hardware (I forget the name) so I can attach my UQ to my ENO DN if needed.

    Thanks in advance!

Seems only the non-ridgeline quilt hook is unavailable. The others seems to be available.

Dragon's link takes you to all the quilt hooks. There should be a picture of all the kinds of quilt hooks and soon I am doing some revamping of my site and then there will be. I discontinued teh non ridge line QH because it didn't work with all shock cord. The aluminum ones work better in it's place.

Would the plastic hooks be better for sewing on the hammock hem? Or does it not matter, pastic vs. auminum?

Personally I prefer the plastic ones. Aluminum ones outsell the plastic ones 5 to 1 though so I am not in the majority. If the plastic ones won't hold, your quilt is too darn heavy.

Perhaps the aluminum ones sell better becasue of their "coolness" factor. I would think pastic would be better for the hammock as it would intuitively seem to cause less wear on the fabric from repeated packings.

    Thanks
