Just putting this out there I have no idea when, but am open for suggestions. Would anyone in the KY, TN, IN, ILL, OH areas be up for a hang at Mammoth Cave sometime this summer or fall?

I'd like to tag along. I've lived in Nashville for 20+ years and have never been to Mammoth Cave. Great excuse to hang and explore!
So many trees, so little time!

Sure, if I is off whenever you have it. I've been inside the cave a few times, never knew there were trails above till just a few years ago, would love to explore there too.
When you have a backpack on, no matter where you are, you’re home.
PAIN is INEVITABLE. MISERY is OPTIONAL.
With my work and schedule permitting, I would love to go.

I was thinking if we get alot of people MapleSprings group campground, if not many then hike in to either Collie Ridge again or go to to one sites off of First creek trail

Depending on the scheduling, I'm in.
I've never ben to MC; what is the topography? Hilly? Mountains? Flat?
I'm also thinking that I would like to go to Land Between the Lakes. Any suggestions on a good hike?
LBL has a series of nested loops that you can pick from that go (if I remember correctly) from a 6 mile loop up to a 25 mile loop. It is not flat, but it's not N. GA either. The area I'm thinking of is at the TN end of the park.
