The combination of my need for instant gratification (or 6+ weeks) and the weight of the 72 forced me to go ahead and order the Dangerbird 60. (Thanks for the heads up Yukon!)

My order number is 69 :-D

My wife will be the proud new owner of a used HH Explorer in a few weeks. I'm so happy she demanded her own after trying it out this weekend. Now I just have to keep her out of the Dangerbird when it arrives!

The person who every day checks the price of some stock or bond he bought and expects to hold for retirement, or at least several years, suffers disappointment half the time he checks, even for an investment that every month is worth more than the previous month.

It's all fun for border collies to be running up and down alongside the flock.

I know secure frame builders and painters with backlogs who just return deposits of those who don't let them get on with their work if the client doesn't agree to pay for every change order. It disciplines desires and extends the life of the old land line. I have a sense that Randy is doing all of his own work here -- no hired cutters and seamsmen -- so there's just so much of his time.

The above is as self-interested as lots here. I'm likely to pull a ticket and get in queue. I'd like the opp to see pics and read about more finished products from clients. That will go far to helping me understand what I want.

This is off the topic, but do you ever give a straight answer for anything?

I'm itching to get in the Q again. One Dangerbird is NOT enough.
BUT if I do, I know to be patient....artistry on this level cannot nor should not be rushed.
