I will be overnight hanging tonight...1st time!!!

Well I got my NX-250 on Thursday & now I have it all set up in the woods behind the house... supposed to be in mid to upper 30's tonight, windy & possible rain showers... should be a great test.

Just put some clothes, like I would typically have along on a hike or canoe trip into the pockets underneath & am using a +20 bag. Hope I sleep like a baby

Nice to know if I start to freeze, I can just walk up to the house & crawl into bed with the wife

Rock on, dude. Backyard testing is the best. I do find myself bailing often around the "pee at three" point. I always have to pee at three. Sigh.

I also had a case of the pee at three which would send me to my bedroom comforts. On my 4 day outing on the AT I learned the "lean" allowing me to stay in the hammy and pee out the side. Best thing since buying it!

As the owner of a 1994 Cadillac Sedan de Ville, I have perfected the "gangsta lean." However, I have not learned the "gangsta lean" to pee out of my hammock. In the words of Bob Marley, I just "Get up, Stand up."

You will be fine, and you will find out how valuable the weather shield is as well, amazing how much heat it holds in.
