    Knots

What are your favourite knots to tie for what purposes? ^^

    I.e...
    Webbing round ze tree
    Structural Ridgeline
    Tarps
    Whatever

I quite like the Siberian hitch for pretty much everything if it'll hold, and making up my own knots xD

slippery taut-line hitch, bowline, and constrictor knot (cousin of the clove hitch) are all used by me regularly on my rig.

Like you, the Evenk knot is my most used, double wrapped it'll hold amsteel.

Penberthy Prusiks to tension the tarp, clove hitches for the hammock, fig 9's for stakes, larks head for lots of things.

I like the perfection loop, water knot, palomar and sledge knot too.

Lanyard or Diamond knot, I hang a few of these from the hip belt straps, make a few 6"-12" lengths and put a larkshead on the other end, I can connect many to make a "chain" as long as I need to hang my pack from a tree branch etc. My overall favorite

    Klemheist, for me structural ridgeline.

Buntline Hitch or Bowline for tying crab traps to the pier.

Improved Clinch and Nail Knot for fishing, what else?

tautline - Use it to tie up my raft to shore. Easy to adjust if the water level changes. Also use it for tarp lines for adjustability.
bowline - For lots of stuff.

When I use hardware, these are all I use:

    Prusiks for tarp line adjustment
Larks head for attaching prusiks to tarp and for descender rings
Diamond knot as stopper for soft shackles and other amsteel connections

I think these are good to know for the unexpected:

    Bowline for loops and rescue
    Evenk hitch for ridgelines
    Trucker's hitch for ridgelines
    Clove hitch for multipurpose
    Tautline hitch for tarp lines
    Sheet bend for connecting cordage
Marlin spike hitch for hammock suspension and to attach cordage to stakes
