    Getting Am-steel blue to Ireland

First off I hope I'm posting in the right place. Does anyone know anywhere that sells am-steel at a reasonable price and ships outside the US. I am located in Ireland and this stuff is impossible to get. Dyneema is available but not at the most reasonable prices so far...

I get mine from Paul at Arrowhead Equipment, a vendor here. Just contact him to work something out.

    You don't need Samson's Amsteel-Blue

You can find Dyneema fiber line in 2.5mm and 3mm size from several continental vendors, and maybe from some in Ireland that serve sailing. Search on Dyneema or Spectra. Prices are comparable to even competitive US prices.

Please report the names in this thread for future reference.

I thought Ireland was part of Europe

So, read the posts in this thread, "......ship to Europe" where several sources are mentioned, with prices.http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Ratseys-Yac...=p4634.c0.m322

    http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/showpost.php?p=562849

3 retail sources were mentioned in April posts. "Liros" and Marlow are rope makers / brands.

And, here is a UK seller, with product:

I'll be heading to Ireland on May 16 and staying for 11 days. I intend to see as much of the Emerald Isle as possible, and I'd be glad to pack some to bring to you if you'd like to purchase it cheap and have it shipped to my address.

I've used Robline Ocean 3000 that you can get in the UK but I have found it's cheaper to get Amsteel from Arrowhead Equipment (when buying 125+ ft and factoring in shipping cost). The only issue I have is that every time I go to order amsteel something else like a hammock bag or clips 'appear' in my cart
