More to my taste, from the same seller:

This guy has terrific feedback. Give him credit for making DIY with these easy.
Finally, it seems that much of of the Tyvek he is selling is blank, unprinted. That's terrific.
Couldn't one make the same with the Tyvek Tape if you already have the triangle loops. I have some Tyvek on its way and was thinking of using the tape around the tri-loop to adhere it all together.

If you can't get Tyvek tape easially, Gorilla tape works as well as tyvek tape in these applications.
Tri loops work great or use a 20 inch piece of 2 inch tape, in the center place a tied loop of cord, then apply half on each side of the tyvek at your tie out points. Leave about 1 inch, or a bit more, from the tyvek to the cord for pinch.
Why the "pebble method"? Seems like the pebble would abrade the tyvek. The "sheet bend" method seems more durable and less damaging to my totally untrained, but eager to learn, eye.

Also, when using tyvek tape and a seam, should the seam be at the ridge, perpendicular to the ridge or at an angle, i.e., from corner to corner?

I want to make some tie outs, I plan on using tyvek tape doubled over with a Dring in the end, does the dring have to move, or can it be taped in permanently? Cheers.
If the D-ring is not free to rotate, it will always be working to break the bond of the tape.
Why not provide sliding surface for it by covering exposed adhesive on the interior of the loop with a piece of tyvek or with short piece of tape?
Great idea, I really can't be bothered sewing reinforcement etc so Ill just chuck some tape on the reverse side, Cheers demostix.
