    Nemo Bugout Series Shelters

    I just came across this new product -- anyone else see or post this? Looks like it could work very well with a hammock.

    I don't think this has been posted before. Interesting. The shape reminds me of the JRB Hammock Hut (discontinued).

    It seems to only be made in PU coated nylon at the moment. The larger two are much heavier material than the smaller model.

    That's what I thought too, when I saw it. One big difference is that the Sky Tent has a floor and is meant to be suspended above the ground. This design is more modular in some respects in that you can tie up the netting.

    It's heavy, though. Maybe for a long-term camp it is an option, but even the smaller version (which would be small for a hammock) is fairly heavy.

    Agreed. I didn't look at tarp size, but I would hope it's bigger than the sky tent.
