    ENO mod

anyone know if 2QZQ will add a zip on bugnet to an ENO Double Nest hammock? It would be sweet to make my ENO a convertable top!

The ZQ does stand for zipper queen so if they haven't before I'm pretty sure they can. Do you have a structural ridgeline on your ENO? If you don't and you want to add a bugnet it would be a good idea to get one on to hold up the bugnet if you either get a zipper mod or decide to get a separate bugnet.

I'm sorry but we don't offer a zipper modification on hammocks that do not already have netting.
With the Hennessy's or some other netted hammocks, we simply cut the netting from the body of the hammock and install a zipper. The installation of a zipper doesn't interfere with the structural integrity or the lay of the hammock in any way.

The task of installing netting on a hammock that is not designed with netting requires proper engineering of a fixed ridgeline to determine a "sag angle". We did it once and the time spent designing and testing the netting pattern was more than what our business model can handle. We have found that with the diversity of netless hammock styles along with the height and weight of those who use them preclude us from offering such a service.

    Makes very good sense.

It can be done if your willing to do it yourself. I have a good buddy that did his, and it was pretty simple. The post shows how we pinned it.
