    JRB- no hidden agenda here

    Service-
I just wanted to give Jacks R Better (JRB) a plug on this forum for fantastic customer service!
Great communication with Jack...my order was delivered as expected.
I am confident my tarp and goodies will work as advertised or better.
    Thanks again JRB

Me too! I bought my large JRB tarp years ago and it's still my favorite. Used it this weekend on the Loyalsock trail and I was very happy to have it when temps dropped to the mid 20's two out of three nights! Took my No Sniv as top quilt and brought less clothes because I knew I could wear the quilt in camp if necessary. Great stuff.

You can't go wrong with Jacks. Through the years I've bought stuff from tarps to hardware to chairs.

I have to agree. I have ordered from the Jacks on 3 occasions, and the longest it took for an order to get here was 4 days. On another occasion they talked me out of buying something I really didn't need, and into a cheaper/lighter alternative. You can't ask for better service than that, and every piece I have bought from them has been a quality product.

High quality and convenient! Some cottage suppliers have waits of 4 or more weeks but with the Jacks, you get what you want in a matter of days, including the shipping time
