iPhone App Testers Needed - Hammock Hang Calculator

I've been working with a team to build an iPhone app for the hammock hang calculator. We're near completion and the developer is looking for three (3) beta testers who can put the app through its paces before we release it through the Apple iTunes store.

I'm looking for testers who have a strong understanding of trigonometry, love hammock camping, and can do the following on either an iPhone or iOS device (iPod Touch, iPad):

1. Check the math calculations.
2. Test the app interface and usability.
3. Have fun.

The testers will receive the beta release and free updates for life!

HOW TO APPLY

1. What iOS device you have (e.g., iPhone 3S)
2. What is your current hammock kit for 3-season camping (hammock, insulation, suspension, etc.).
3. How can you prove you're really good at math?

The first three (3) responses in the forums will be considered.

I know some folks just love to use calculators, but it seems like a lot of work just to hang a hammock.

I could help you out. I have the iPhone, iPad 2, iPod touch...and I do math everyday at work (engineering technician). My firm does major roadway, rail, aviation...you name it. If I couldn't figure it out, someone here could (but I'm pretty good with trig )Plus, I have about 13 spots to hang right in my back yard, it's a primo testing ground. My wifi works perfect out there too

I could test with the Blackbird, an Eno Doublenest, a Dangerbird, and a DIY gathered end. Suspensions vary, I have stock webbing, tree straps and whoopies, etc etc. Insulation is Phoenix UQ and Burrow TQ. Tarp is the CAMO Superfly.

I can help.

1. I have two iPod Touches - a 3rd gen. and a 4th gen.
2. Hammock setups consist of a variety of Grand Trunk hammocks - UL, Double, SB Pro and I have a DangerBird on order from Papa Smurf. Suspension is straps, toggles, and whoopies. Insulation is AHE Jarbridge River and Owyhee
3. I'm a retired electrical engineer with an MSEE degree and 34 years of industry experience designing communication and avionics equipment (hope that satisfies the math requirement) ;>)

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1..

I have two GT hammocks: a single and a double.. both have home made whoopie slings with Dutch elephant trunks to 1" straps. Just made a DIY converted sleeping bag UQ and waiting materials to make Fronkey style no-seeum net.

I can work the math as well
