Sweet spot (one of many) in the MN BWCA about 30' above the water. 2 trees right on the edge - I couldn't get out on the other side - about a shear 6' drop to rocks that continued sloping off to the water.

most of the places near where i live would just have pictures of trees. probly why i like to see all of these other places so much!

Porcupine Island - Kenai Lake, Ak. No pictures available just now (hard drive crashed but fortunately we have backups on a zip drive at my mother-in-laws in Alaska). Sixteen miles of paddling and we had the most beautiful camp site we've camped yet. Best part of it... not a soul for miles.
