I've got some lime green dynaglide I used for a tarp suspension. Not sure off the top of my head what it's rated for weight-wise though.

ive found some fairly lime-ish green dynaglide. its 2.2m i may have gotten it from ahe im not sure maybe from tree stuff. it was rated for 1000lbs.
yep , that green dynaglide is about as neon lime as i've seen. reports of 300 pounders using dynaglide on the hammock with success- though its margin of
safetly is less that of the green amsteel blue.
zpacks sells some awesome bright yellow/green line for tarps.

For your tarp WallyWorld often has lime green utility cord. Its polypropylene IRRC. Usually found in the hunting/fishing/outdoor section...
I believe i may have some of this green cord from walmart. Small size, maybe 1/8", braided sheath with core. BRIGHT green. Holds a knot well and seems strong enough for tarp hanging. Comes on a small spool of 45'. For the price vs length, if i didnt already have this cord id probably get zing it instead.
Its decent enough. Ive seen it at Academy sports too. Says its polypropylene. I dont know if itll stretch in the rain but it seems pretty low stretch otherwise. I was actually playing with this rope last night and found that it holds a prussik well with a mere two loops. I imagine it cant be spliced with the core though so thats something to consider.
