I have been thinking about doing exactly this for a few weeks now. Everywhere I go on the U of M campus I'm sizing up the trees and what the foot traffic is like in the vicinity. Maybe I'll set it up for finals weeks.
I just graduated from college last year and there were ENOs all OVER the place on campus. They were a great place for reading, napping, flirting or regaining sanity after a crazy stretch in school. Thats where my love affair with hammocks began!
I think the little CC I take classes at from time to time purposefully spaced the trees so they would be of no use for hammockers!
But the uprights on the practice football field work ok
