My first test of "warm" weather will be tomorrow. Now that I have my cooler weather dialed in (35°-45°) I'm totally clueless how I'll feel in a hammock with a 66° low. I'll be using my 40° Incubator which may be loosened a bit from the start.
My question is the top quilt. What would you use?
It will be a test in my back yard to I can easily swap items. Here are a few things I have that I'm considering:
1. Small fleece blanket, just long enough to cover me and plenty wide
2. Snuggie...yes, you can laugh, I am It's about 1lb and cheap fleece so I don't think it will be too hot
3. Sea to Summit Coolmax sleeping bag liner, very very thin
4. Just a long sleeve shirt and thin lounge pants?
I rarely sleep in weather this warm, even when tent camping, so I really don't know what to expect. Just testing all temps to know what to use and when to use it for future reference. Thanks!
