    Soon to be Snipe owner

Just ordered a Snipe and bug net from Wilderness Logics, from the reviews looks like it should be pretty comfortable. Guess i'll find out soon enough. I have an 8 x 10 tarp not sure if that will work out.

You should be fine, the tarp my fit like a glove over it but it should be enough to keep you dry.

You'll love it! My favorite hammock so far. As far as your tarp, if you run the Snipe with about a 108" ridgeline or longer, you may want to consider a larger tarp depending on how your 8x10 is cut. Maybe a set of Grizzbeaks could extend your coverage without needing to get a different tarp. Without beaks or doors I think the Snipe is perfect with a tarp that has a length of 130".
