I have done half my hammock. It seemed that everybody used straight stitches so I used decorative stitching. Here are some pics.
In some places I mixed it up and used a parallel stitch. Just to mix it up a bit.
In other places I used a wave. I figure if a beat comes after me he may get dizzy and give me time to leave my scent and leave the area

I just finished my double layer this weekend. Wish I has seen this for inspiration first! I just used plain straight stitches.
I'm sure you will do another one just so you can use the Bamaboy technique.

Just kidding, it looks just like my stitching. But not to worry; those stitches will hold your quilt together. That's all that counts!

It's the Shula edition. From a distance it looks great. Up close you can see it coming apart at the seams. Don't worry though. He will hold it together until the Saban edition comes along.
