    Tarp decision

I'm trying to decide on a Tarp. I was looking at a Wilderness Logics or an OES, but I'm open to suggestions. I'd like a good size tarp for use in the south and am willing to spend $130 + /-.

I just ordered a Superfly myself. For the price, it looks hard to beat.

Toxaway and Shangri-la from Arrowhead are two more options.

Basically figure out what coverage you need, that's the main difference amongst the sil tarps in your price range. Other considerations include how many tie out points you want, color options, shape & desire for cat cut edges (or not), side pullouts or ability to close off the ends... don't hesitate to ask about any custom options as well, they're often accommodated.

Basically when you're dealing w/ the reputable tarp makers found on HF, the levels of quality will all be very high. Beside coverage the rest is almost entirely personal preference (IMO of course).

I use a Juki & Pfaffs w/ assorted attachments, and have serviced lots of vintage machines. Any questions?

They are all great options, you can't really go wrong with any of them. Personally I use the WB Superfly and I love it.

    i own 2 WL tarps.
i started hammocking with a WB SF then i wanted something w/o doors and a little smaller.
so, i found WL Tadpole. i was so impressed that i sold my SF and ordered a WL OMW.

    i couldn't be happier.

I like the great customer service and fast delivery time with Wilderness Logics. Marty was awesome to work with on a custom tarp.

You are lucky in that you cannot really make a bad choice here. as long as their offering fits some of your criteria, you're safe!

Well, I decided to go with a Warbonnet Mamajamba. It's got good coverage and is within my budget. I'm wondering now about shipping time.
