Just a guess, but looks cosmetic to me. You MIGHT just want to apply a little "Shoe Goo" (if you do anything at all) and let it go at that.
Or, you might report it to Hennessey and see what they have to say. I assume good manufacturers and vendors WANT to know about product defects.

Definitely took the side zip. Hennessy didn't make me send back the Expedition! I just had to promise to take it out of service........
