    Smile I've Orderd My hammock!

I was sure that I wanted the Hennessy Deep Jungle and still think I would like to try it, but after reading lots and lots of threads here and reviews on the web, watching Videos on YouTube I finally Decided on and ordered WBB DL 1.1 with Adjustable webbing susp. and the Mamajamba w/panel pulls: olive brown

Bad news is I won't get it untill after Memorial day weekend

    Question:
What dimensions should 3/8ths inch closed cell foam pad be cut for optimal fit and comfort between the double layers?

Pad size is a personal thing.
Leave the pad as is, and do some testing when the hammock gets to you.
Some like a short pad, or cut the pad in a "coffin" shape..etc.

Biggest thing is cut it fit you and your needs.

When I did pads, I cut the pad in half (2 pieces @ 30 long x 24 wide) and turned one section 90*'s, so it was wider at my shoulders. That was the best fit for me and my wide shoulders.

I was planning on ordering bulk 2 or 3 yard chunk of 60" by 3/8" closed cell foam from http://www.a1foamandfabrics.com/, or a local upholstery/foam store and cutting to shape. That way I can start big and trim as needed.
I was hopeing to get a better idea of space available and general shape from foot box to pillow zone for the pad without having my hammock in front of me yet.

You will love it. Now, be thinking about all things Dutch (Clips, buckles etc) and then whoopies and then adjustable ridge line.....and .......and.....

I ordered the exact same setup and can't wait for it! When did you place your order? I ordered mine about a week and a half ago and am wondering when it will be coming in.
