A CURE for knee pain, calf ridge, shoulder squeeze AND heel pressure!!!

    Sleep on your side.

Really! If you haven't tried it, do so. I'm a 100% side sleeper in a bed. I can't possibly lay on my back in a bed for more than 30 seconds! But I can sleep very comfortably on my back in a hammock. So, perhaps the reverse will be true for you! I prefer to put my face toward the edge of the hammock with the back of my head toward the center. I find the sweet spot by adjusting my diagonal lay and it's good night, Irene!

Just thought I'd put it out there... . Good luck! (that's me sleeping in my hammock)

Surely, God could have made a better way to sleep.

    Surely, God never did.

I will have to try that. I to am a side sleeper in bed but can sleep on my back in a hammock. As long as I lay diagonal with my legs in the number four shape, I do just fine and can alternate depending on which knee is bent. If I ever just end up straight in the hammock it is knee pain for sure.

One of the reasons I am so fond of bridge hammocks. Not every hammock I have tried makes it easy to side sleep, but never a problem in my bridges.

I relax or hang out in my hammock on my back, but when it comes to sleeping... it's gotta be the side
You're gonna need a bigger hammock
