Down pillow useable for stuffing?

I have a pillow that says it is filled with down. The stuff looks like down with very few feathers. Anyone have ideas is this would work for a summer top quilt? If this is already covered in other threads, please let me know which one. I searched but didn't see exactly the question I am asking.

For a summer TQ, you can always just give it a try if it's a pillow you don't need anymore.

The best down pillows are Bloomingdales Luxe Pillows, 800 FP, but, again, for summer I'd think you'd be fine.
