I built a version of JJthedog plans (search forums) and plan will popup on
search results.
My main variation- I used 10'x2"x4" for the base members. This gives my
stand a wider wingspan and provides room for my SuperFly or 10'x8' wally
world tarp. Don't forget the tarp! I have enjoyed sleeping outside around 60 nights this year using this stand in dry & wet weather.

I have since removed most of the lower bar and just put small feet under the braces - nothing to fall on now
